Webster Real Estate!  
Webster is midway between Houston and Galveston.  The community was founded in 1879 by James W. Webster.  The village was originally named Gardentown until 1893 when J.W. Thompson established a grocery and a post office, the Webster post office. 

In 1904 a group of Japanese farmers moved into the area.  They settled in and farmed rice.   Some of them stayed and you can still see a couple of the original homes on the corners of Nasa Parkway and I-45.  In fact when you drive through Webster you will notice some of the streets are named after these settlers.  

Webster was incorperated in 1958 and really started to grow in the 1960's when The Johnson Space Center found it's home in Clear Lake City.  Now known as The Gateway to NASA, Webster is a great place to live.
